Welcome to Frogner House Apartments! We are pleased to offer you a seamless and contactless check-in experience through our Guest Portal powered by RMS Cloud. Follow these simple steps to access all the features you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Step 1: Log in
Before your stay, you will receive an email or SMS with a link to Frogner House Guest Portal. Click on the link to get started.
Enter your primary email address or phone number associated with your reservation. A secure, one-time access code will be sent to you via SMS or email. Enter this code to log in.

Step 2: View reservation details
Once logged in, you will see the details of your reservation, including:
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Estimated time of arrival
- Access to receipts
- Room type and reservation confirmation number
- Adding a credit card as a preferred payment option
- Any special requests or additional services you have agreed to
- Review the total cost of your stay, including any add-ons you have chosen.
Step 3: Complete pre-check-in
Fill in the required information: The portal will ask you to complete the pre-check-in process which will be available one day before your check-in date. This may include uploading identification documents, confirming contact details and accepting the terms and conditions of your stay.
Payment for your stay: In order to complete your pre-check-in, you must pay the total price of your stay. You will receive a confirmation when the payment is successful.
Step 4: Check-in & mobile key
Digital check-in: Once payment has been completed and the pre-check-in information has been submitted, you can check in directly through the portal. Please note that you cannot check in to your room until the day of your arrival and until the room is cleaned and ready. Our normal check-in time is 15:00, but if the room is ready before that, you will be notified.
Receive your mobile key: After check-in, you will receive instructions on how to access your mobile room key. This key allows you to enter the apartment without having to use a physical key card. The room number is displayed in the app.
Step 5: During your stay
Manage your stay: Use the portal to manage your reservation, communicate with Frogner House staff, or request additional services.
Extend your stay: If you wish to extend your stay, you can do so directly through the portal by sending a message to our booking department.
Step 6: Check out
Digital check-out: When your stay is over, you can easily use the portal to check out. You will receive a receipt by email.
